NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS GIVEAWAY IS IN NO WAY ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.

  1. SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR
    The Giveaway is sponsored by Hard Knocks, LLC (“Sponsor”), with a mailing address of:

    USA.
    Hard Knocks, LLC is solely responsible for the operation and administration of this Giveaway.

  2. ELIGIBILITY
    This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Entrants”). Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Hard Knocks, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

  3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD & PRESALE TERMS
    The Giveaway begins on February 26, 2024, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time and ends on March 7, 2024, at midnight Mountain Time (the “Giveaway Period”). All shirts and hats purchased during the presale (the “Presale”) will be manufactured and shipped after the Presale ends. By purchasing a product during the Presale, Entrants acknowledge and agree to both the Presale terms and these Official Rules.

  4. HOW TO ENTER
    There are two methods to enter the Giveaway:

    A. Online Purchase Entry:

    • Every U.S. dollar ($1.00) spent on shirts and hats via our online store at www.teamone7six.com during the Giveaway Period will equal one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
    • The Sponsor’s website time shall be deemed the official time for all entries.

     

    B. Mail-In Entry:

     • Entrants who prefer not to make a purchase may obtain fifty (50) entries per mail-in submission by sending a handwritten entry card.
     • Each mail-in entry must be submitted separately in its own envelope.
    • To enter by mail, an Entrant must hand-print the following information on a 3” x 5” card or similar paper:
    • Full name
    • Complete mailing address
    • Email address
    • Date of birth
    • Phone number
    • Mail the completed entry card in a separate, stamped envelope (postmarked by March 7, 2024, at midnight Mountain Time and received within 7 days after the Giveaway Period) to:

    • Each valid mail-in entry received will be worth fifty (50) Sweepstakes entries.
    • A maximum of four (4) mail-in entries per person is allowed, for a total of two hundred (200) free entries per Entrant.

    Mail-In Entry Rules & Restrictions:
     
    • Each mail-in entry must be submitted in a separate envelope with sufficient postage.
    • No bulk shipments, automated, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, or pre-printed entries will be accepted.
    • Each mail-in entry must be handwritten and comply with all outlined requirements.
    • Mail-in entries postmarked during a Bonus Entry Period (if applicable) will receive the same multiplier as purchase entries.
    • Any fraudulent activity or attempts to circumvent these rules (e.g., mass mailings, third-party entry services, or falsified entries) will result in disqualification.

     

    ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

    • All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
    • Multiple entries are permitted only through multiple qualifying online purchases; only one (1) mail-in entry per person is permitted.
    • All entries become the exclusive property of Hard Knocks, LLC and will not be acknowledged or returned.
    • Proof of entry is not sufficient evidence of delivery to Hard Knocks, LLC.

  6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

    • Hard Knocks, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant for tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or engaging in any fraudulent, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
    • Hard Knocks, LLC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if, in its sole discretion, any virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other cause beyond its control impairs or affects the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Giveaway.
    • Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws and may result in disqualification and legal action.

  7. PRIZE

    • One (1) Winner will be selected at random to receive a cash prize of $4,999.99 (the “Prize”).
    • The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no substitution or cash alternative is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Hard Knocks, LLC, which reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require such substitution.
    • The stated cash value of $4,999.99 is the Sponsor’s good faith determination and is final, binding, and non-appealable. If for any reason the funds available differ from this amount, no additional compensation or adjustment will be provided.
    • The Prize is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and the Winner is solely responsible for any and all such taxes and related expenses.

  8. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION

    • The random drawing will be conducted on or about March 10, 2024, from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
    • The potential Winner will be notified by Hard Knocks, LLC via the contact information provided (e.g., email and/or phone).
    • If the potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the Prize within five (5) business days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, Hard Knocks, LLC reserves the right to select an alternate Winner from the remaining eligible entries.
    • All decisions by Hard Knocks, LLC regarding the drawing and selection of the Winner are final and binding.

  9. INDEMNIFICATION
    By entering this Giveaway, each Entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hard Knocks, LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with:

    • (a) the Entrant’s participation in this Giveaway; and
    • (b) any breach or violation of these Official Rules by the Entrant.

  10. ARBITRATION/DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Giveaway, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in [Your County], Utah, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and any claims or disputes brought herein shall be limited solely to the relief that can be awarded by arbitration.

  11. FORCE MAJEURE
    Hard Knocks, LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Official Rules if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, government actions, or system failures (each, a “Force Majeure Event”).

  12. ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS
    In the event any legal action or proceeding arises out of or in connection with this Giveaway, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney's fees and costs from the other party.

  13. NO WARRANTY/DISCLAIMER
    THIS GIVEAWAY IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. HARD KNOCKS, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GIVEAWAY OR ITS OPERATIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

  14. USE OF DATA
    All information submitted by Entrants in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Hard Knocks, LLC’s Privacy Policy, available on our website at www.teamone7six.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering the Giveaway, each Entrant consents to the collection, use, and transfer of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway.

  15. DISPUTES

    • All disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or related to this Giveaway or these Official Rules, or the Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
    • All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
    • Any legal action arising out of or related to this Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in [Your County], Utah, and by entering, each Entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

  16. SEVERABILITY
    If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  17. MISCELLANEOUS

    • These Official Rules contain the full and complete understanding with respect to the Giveaway and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.
    • The headings herein are provided for convenience only and do not constitute a part of these Official Rules.
    • No amendment to, or waiver of, any provision of these Official Rules shall be effective unless in writing and signed by Hard Knocks, LLC. The waiver by Hard Knocks, LLC of any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision herein.
    • The rights and obligations hereunder may not be assigned by Entrants, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Hard Knocks, LLC; any attempted assignment in violation of the foregoing shall be null and void.
    • These Official Rules shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the permitted successors and assigns of Hard Knocks, LLC and each Entrant.

  18. WINNER LIST REQUEST

    • The name of the Winner will be posted on the Hard Knocks, LLC website at www.teamone7six.com after March 15, 2024.

    • Requests for the name of the Winner may be submitted in writing to:

  19. RIGHT OF ENTRY VERIFICATION
    It is the sole responsibility of each Entrant to ensure that their entry complies with these Official Rules. Hard Knocks, LLC is not responsible for any entry that is lost, misdirected, or undelivered due to technical or mailing issues.

  20. PRODUCT DESIGN AND SHIPPING
    A. Product Design:

    • All products (including shirts and hats) are offered with specific designs as provided by Hard Knocks, LLC. Hard Knocks, LLC makes no warranty or representation that the designs are free from errors, inaccuracies, or defects, and is not liable for any dissatisfaction or claims arising from the design, quality, or appearance of the products.
    • Designs are subject to change without notice.

    B. Product Shipping:

    • Products purchased during the Presale will be manufactured and shipped approximately 2-4 weeks after the Presale ends.
    • Hard Knocks, LLC will make reasonable efforts to ship products within this timeframe; however, Hard Knocks, LLC is not liable for any delays in shipping or delivery, including those caused by unforeseen circumstances, shipping carriers, or supply chain issues.

By participating in this Giveaway, each Entrant acknowledges that they have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
