O7S Nods Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

THIS GIVEAWAY IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM.

1. Sponsor / Administrator

The O7S Nods Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Hard Knocks, LLC d/b/a One 7 Six, 426 E 1750 N, STE C, Vineyard, UT 84059 (“Sponsor”).

2. Definitions

“Sponsor” means Hard Knocks, LLC d/b/a One 7 Six and its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, and assigns.

“Entrant” means an eligible individual who submits an entry pursuant to these Official Rules.

“Giveaway Entities” means Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and all other persons or entities involved in the development, administration, promotion, or fulfillment of the Giveaway.

“Released Parties” means the Giveaway Entities and any social media platforms used to advertise or promote the Giveaway, together with their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns.

“Immediate Family Members” means a person’s spouse, parents, legal guardians, children, siblings, and household members.

“Prize” means one (1) pair of Night Vision Goggles (“Nods”) awarded to one (1) winner.

“Giveaway Period” means the period beginning on November 11, 2026, at 9:00 AM Mountain Time and ending on December 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM Mountain Time.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Florida, New York, Hawaii, Maryland, and Nebraska, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and are physically located within an eligible jurisdiction when entering.

The Giveaway is also void in Puerto Rico, all other United States territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor or any Giveaway Entity, as well as their Immediate Family Members and persons living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible.

Entrants may be required to provide identification and other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor to verify their identity, age, residence, and eligibility. All eligibility determinations are subject to these Official Rules and applicable law.

4. How to Enter

A. Purchase Entry

During the Giveaway Period, Entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry for every $1.00 USD spent on eligible products purchased from www.teamone7six.com. Taxes, shipping, handling, gift cards, and other excluded amounts do not earn entries.

Products identified as “Double Entry Products” may provide two (2) entries per $1.00 USD spent, as clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

There is no limit on the number of eligible purchase entries an Entrant may receive during the Giveaway Period.

B. Mail-In Entry — No Purchase Necessary

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print the Entrant’s full name, complete residential mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3"x5" card, together with the handwritten phrase:

“I want to win the O7S Nods Giveaway.”

Mail the completed card in a separate, properly stamped envelope to:

Each eligible mail-in submission will receive fifty (50) entries.

There is no limit on the number of eligible mail-in submissions an Entrant may send during the Giveaway Period. Each submission must be handwritten and mailed separately in its own properly stamped envelope. Only one (1) entry card may be included in each envelope.

Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, computer-generated, automated, bulk-shipped, or mass-produced entries will not be accepted.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than December 1, 2026, and received no later than December 8, 2026. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. Double-entry or other purchase-related bonuses do not apply to mail-in submissions.

5. Entry Conditions

Entries are non-transferable and become the property of Sponsor upon receipt. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, or postage-due entries or for incorrect or inaccurate entry information.

Purchase entries associated with a transaction that is canceled, refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back will be voided. Sponsor may disqualify an Entrant if Sponsor reasonably determines, based on documented information, that the Entrant attempted to obtain or retain entries through fraudulent transactions, abusive refund activity, chargebacks, false information, or other manipulation.

An Entrant may not use multiple names, identities, email addresses, mailing addresses, accounts, automated methods, bots, scripts, or third parties to generate fraudulent, unauthorized, or noncompliant entries. Entries submitted using such methods may be void.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries and to require reasonable documentation confirming a transaction, identity, residence, or other eligibility information.

6. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway Period begins on November 11, 2026, at 9:00 AM Mountain Time and ends on December 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM Mountain Time.

Sponsor’s designated systems are the official timekeeping devices for online purchases. Mail-in entries are governed by the postmark and receipt deadlines stated in Section 4.

7. Drawing and Odds of Winning

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its designated administrator on or about December 10, 2026, after the mail-in receipt deadline.

The drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner is subject to verification and is not a winner unless and until Sponsor confirms the potential winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified using the email address and/or phone number provided with the entry and must respond within five (5) business days.

The potential winner may be required to provide a government-issued photo identification, proof of residence, tax information, and any other documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.

A potential winner may be disqualified if the potential winner:

• Fails to respond within the required period;
• Cannot be contacted using the information provided;
• Provides false, incomplete, or inconsistent information;
• Fails to establish eligibility;
• Fails to return required documentation on time;
• Refuses the Prize; or
• Violates these Official Rules.

If a potential winner is disqualified, cannot be contacted, or declines the Prize, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will continue this process as reasonably necessary to confirm an eligible winner, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are blocked, directed to spam or junk folders, intercepted, undeliverable, or not received because of inaccurate information provided by an Entrant.

9. Prize

One (1) Prize will be awarded, consisting of one (1) pair of Night Vision Goggles (“Nods”).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $8,500 USD.

The actual retail value may vary based on market conditions at the time the Prize is awarded. The winner will not receive the difference between the stated ARV and actual value.

Prize details not expressly stated in these Official Rules, including available configuration, color, accessories, and delivery arrangements, will be determined by Sponsor. Images used in advertising are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Prize is awarded “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.” Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, regarding the Prize, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any applicable manufacturer’s warranty is subject solely to the manufacturer’s terms and may or may not be transferable.

The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash. The winner may not substitute the Prize. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable or cannot lawfully be delivered.

The Prize will be delivered only to a valid residential or business street address within an eligible United States jurisdiction. Sponsor will not ship the Prize internationally or to a freight-forwarding or international reshipping service. Signature confirmation and proof of identification may be required.

The winner must be legally permitted to receive and possess the Prize. Sponsor may require reasonable documentation confirming lawful eligibility before delivery. If delivery or possession would violate applicable law, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner selected.

The winner is responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the possession, use, storage, transfer, transportation, resale, or export of the Prize. Sponsor will not export the Prize or provide technical assistance intended to facilitate an unlawful export.

After confirmed delivery, the winner assumes responsibility for the Prize and its lawful possession, storage, maintenance, use, and transfer.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and all other expenses associated with accepting or using the Prize that are not expressly stated as being paid by Sponsor.

10. Winner Requirements

Affidavit and Release: The winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, IRS Form W-9, and, where lawful, Publicity Release within five (5) business days after notification or within another period specified by Sponsor.

Liability Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the winner releases the Released Parties from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, transfer, or loss of the Prize. This release does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be waived or to claims based on gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct.

Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, photograph, statements, and biographical information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation. Where applicable law requires a publicity release to be voluntary, including in Tennessee, execution of the publicity release will not be a condition of receiving the Prize.

Taxes: The winner must provide a valid taxpayer identification number and complete IRS Form W-9. Sponsor will report the Prize as required by law, including by issuing an applicable Form 1099-MISC based on the reportable value of the Prize.

11. Limitations of Liability, Platform Release, and Force Majeure

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Released Parties are not responsible for:

• Telephone, network, internet, website, server, hardware, software, or other technical failures;
• Delayed, interrupted, corrupted, incomplete, inaccurate, or lost transmissions or entry information;
• Unauthorized human intervention, hacking, tampering, viruses, bots, or automated activity;
• Printing, typographical, administrative, advertising, or fulfillment errors;
• Damage to an Entrant’s equipment or data arising from participation;
• Late, lost, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; or
• Events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

By entering, each Entrant releases any social media platform used to advertise or promote the Giveaway from claims arising out of the Giveaway. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any such platform. Entrants provide their information to Sponsor, not to the social media platform.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, public emergency, supply interruption, legal restriction, or another event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, Sponsor may, to the extent permitted by law, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway and select the winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received before and/or after the impairing event in a manner Sponsor reasonably determines to be fair and consistent with these Official Rules.

12. Fraud and Abuse

Sponsor may disqualify any Entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines has:

• Tampered with or attempted to interfere with the entry or drawing process;
• Used automated or fraudulent entry methods;
• Submitted false or misleading information;
• Used multiple or false identities to generate unauthorized entries;
• Threatened, harassed, or abused Sponsor personnel or another Entrant;
• Manipulated purchases, refunds, disputes, or chargebacks to obtain entries; or
• Otherwise materially violated these Official Rules.

Any disqualification will be based on a good-faith determination and will remain subject to applicable law. Sponsor retains all other rights and remedies available under law.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before commencing arbitration, a claimant must send Sponsor a written notice describing the claim and requested relief to the Sponsor’s address listed in Section 1. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days after receipt of the notice.

Except for an eligible individual claim brought in small claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway or these Official Rules will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules. If AAA is unavailable or unwilling to administer the matter, arbitration may be administered by JAMS under its applicable consumer rules.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, proceedings will take place in Utah County, Utah, or remotely as permitted by the administering rules. Judgment on an arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISPUTES WILL PROCEED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, AND REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS AND ARBITRATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED. EACH PARTY WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

14. Privacy and Data Collection

Entrant information is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, communicate with Entrants, fulfill the Prize, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and maintain required records.

Entrant information will be used for marketing communications only where the Entrant has separately opted in or where otherwise permitted by law.

Sponsor does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under thirteen (13) through the Giveaway. Any such information discovered by Sponsor will be deleted.

15. Additional Legal Notices

The Giveaway is void in Florida, New York, Hawaii, Maryland, Nebraska, Puerto Rico, all other United States territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive a right or impose a restriction that cannot lawfully be waived or imposed under applicable law.

The Sponsor should complete any registration, bonding, notice, or other regulatory obligation applicable in an eligible jurisdiction before the Giveaway begins.

16. Winner List

To request the winner’s name, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope within sixty (60) days after the Giveaway ends to:

Requests must be received within a reasonable period after the sixty-day request deadline. The winner’s name may be withheld or limited to the extent required by applicable privacy law.

17. Miscellaneous

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between each Entrant and Sponsor concerning the Giveaway.

If any Giveaway advertising, promotional material, website content, social media post, or other communication conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce a provision of these Official Rules does not waive that provision or any other provision.

If any provision is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Section headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

These Official Rules may be modified only to the extent permitted by applicable law and only when reasonably necessary to preserve the lawful and fair operation of the Giveaway.
