O7S Surron Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

THIS GIVEAWAY IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.

1. SPONSOR / ADMINISTRATOR

The O7S Surron Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Hard Knocks, LLC d/b/a One 7 Six, 261 S Vineyard Rd, Suite 204, Orem, UT 84059 (“Sponsor”).

2. DEFINITIONS

“Sponsor” means Hard Knocks, LLC d/b/a One 7 Six and its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, and assigns.

“Entrant” means any eligible individual who submits an entry pursuant to these Official Rules.

“Giveaway Entities” means Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and all other persons or entities associated with the Giveaway.

“Immediate Family Members” means a person’s spouse, parents, legal guardians, children, siblings, and household members.

“Prize” means one (1) prize awarded to one (1) winner as described in Section 9.

“Giveaway Period” means the period beginning on May 15, 2026 at 9:00 AM Mountain Time and ending on May 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law or restricted by Sponsor in accordance with applicable regulations. See Section 16 for additional eligibility restrictions.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor or Giveaway Entities, and their Immediate Family Members and persons living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. Purchase Entry

Entrants will receive one (1) entry for every $1.00 USD spent on eligible products purchased from teamone7six.com during the Giveaway Period. Taxes, shipping, handling, and gift card purchases are excluded.

Certain products may be designated as promotional or “bonus entry” products and may provide enhanced entry multipliers (e.g., 2x or more entries per $1.00 USD spent), as disclosed at the time of purchase.

Purchases will not increase the odds of winning compared to the free method of entry. Entries obtained via purchase and mail-in entry are treated equally in the drawing.

By making a purchase, Entrant acknowledges and agrees that:

Entries are conditional and subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules
Transactions later subject to refund, dispute, or chargeback will result in voided entries associated with that transaction
Any attempt to manipulate the Giveaway through refunds, disputes, or abusive purchasing behavior may result in disqualification

Entrant expressly agrees that any dispute, chargeback, or reversal of a transaction associated with entries may result in:

Immediate voiding of all associated entries
Disqualification from the Giveaway
Ineligibility for future promotions

Sponsor reserves the right to pursue recovery of any Prize awarded in error due to fraudulent or disputed transactions.

Sponsor reserves the right to review and audit all transactions and void any entries obtained through fraudulent activity, abuse, or manipulation of the promotion.

B. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3"x5" card, along with the handwritten phrase:

“I want to win the O7S Surron Giveaway.”

Each entry must be mailed in a separate stamped envelope. Each valid mail-in submission receives fifty (50) entries. Limit five (5) submissions per person (250 entries max).

Entries must be handwritten. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 25, 2026 and received by June 1, 2026.

Mail-in entries will be processed and entered into the drawing on equal footing with purchase entries.

5. ENTRY CONDITIONS

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt.

Sponsor reserves the right to invalidate any entry that is incomplete, illegible, late, or inconsistent with the intent of the Giveaway.

Any attempt to tamper with the entry process, including the use of bots, scripts, automated systems, or coordinated group activity designed to manipulate odds, may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway Period begins on May 15, 2026 at 9:00 AM MT and ends on May 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT. Sponsor’s systems are the official timekeeping devices.

7. DRAWING AND ODDS OF WINNING

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 29, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone and must respond within five (5) business days.

Failure to respond or verify eligibility may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

9. PRIZE

One (1) prize will be awarded. The verified winner may choose one (1) of the following prize options:

One (1) Surron electric bike package selected by Sponsor with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of up to $4,999 USD; OR
A cash prize of $4,999 USD.

Winner must select their preferred prize option within the timeframe designated by Sponsor.

Prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranties except those provided by the original manufacturer, if any.

No substitution, transfer, or exchange permitted by Winner except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, registration requirements, licensing requirements, insurance, title fees, transportation, shipping costs, and any other expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize.

If the Winner elects to receive the Surron electric bike, Winner acknowledges and agrees that operation of electric bikes and off-road vehicles involves inherent risks. Sponsor shall have no liability arising from the operation, transportation, ownership, or use of the Prize.

If the Winner is unable or unwilling to accept the Prize, or is deemed ineligible, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

10. WINNER REQUIREMENTS

Winner must complete required eligibility, liability, and publicity documentation within five (5) business days.

Prior to receiving the Prize, Winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, Publicity Release.

Winner must submit a valid W-9 and may receive a 1099-MISC or other applicable tax documentation as required by law.

11. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Winner is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding possession, registration, operation, transportation, and use of the Prize.

Sponsor makes no representation regarding the legality of use of the Prize in any jurisdiction and shall have no liability for misuse, unlawful operation, or regulatory violations by the Winner.

Failure to meet legal requirements may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture or substitution.

12. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, unauthorized access, or issues beyond its control.

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if necessary.

13. FRAUD AND ABUSE

Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Giveaway—including excessive refunds, disputes, or fraudulent entries—may result in disqualification, forfeiture of entries, and restriction from future promotions.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Utah County, Utah.

Entrants waive all rights to:

Participate in class actions
Participate in class-wide arbitration
Bring claims in a representative capacity

15. PRIVACY

Information is handled per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

16. ADDITIONAL LEGAL NOTICES (STATE COMPLIANCE)

This Giveaway is conducted in accordance with applicable United States laws and includes a free method of entry.

This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions in order to comply with applicable legal requirements.

17. WINNER LIST

Winner name available upon request within sixty (60) days following completion of the Giveaway.

18. PUBLICITY

By accepting the Prize, Winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

19. MISCELLANEOUS

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.

Sponsor reserves the sole and absolute discretion to interpret these Official Rules, determine eligibility, disqualify Entrants, and resolve any disputes.
