O7S Rolex Submariner Giveaway — Official Rules

1. SPONSOR / ADMINISTRATOR

The O7S Rolex Submariner Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Hard Knocks, LLC d/b/a One 7 Six, 261 S Vineyard Rd, Suite 204, Orem, UT 84059 (“Sponsor”).

2. DEFINITIONS

“Sponsor” means Hard Knocks, LLC d/b/a One 7 Six and its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, and assigns.
“Entrant” means any individual who is eligible and submits an entry pursuant to these Official Rules.
“Giveaway Entities” means Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and all other persons or entities associated with the Giveaway.
“Immediate Family Members” means a person’s spouse, parents, legal guardians, children, siblings, and household members.
“Prize” means the Certified Pre-Owned Rolex Submariner (Reference M114060) awarded pursuant to Section 9.
“Giveaway Period” means the period beginning on September 19, 2025 at 9:00 AM Mountain Time and ending on September 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM MT.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor or Giveaway Entities, and their Immediate Family Members and persons living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible. Void in Maryland, Nebraska, Hawaii, Florida, New York, Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Rolex is not a sponsor of this Giveaway.

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. Purchase Entry

Entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway for every $1.00 USD spent on eligible products purchased from www.teamone7six.com during the Giveaway Period. Taxes, shipping, handling, and gift card purchases are excluded. Sponsor reserves the right to void entries obtained via fraudulent transactions, unauthorized resellers, bulk purchasing schemes, or purchases intended to be returned or refunded.

B. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3"x5" card, along with the handwritten phrase: “I want to win the Rolex Submariner Giveaway.” Each entry must be submitted in a separate, stamped envelope. Each eligible mail-in submission will receive the same number of entries as would be awarded for an equivalent $1 purchase (i.e., one (1) entry per request). Handwritten entries only; mechanically reproduced or mass-generated entries are not permitted. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Bulk shipments will not be accepted. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 29, 2025, and received no later than October 6, 2025.

5. ENTRY CONDITIONS

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, or postage-due entries.

6. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway Period begins on September 19, 2025 at 9:00 AM MT and ends on September 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM MT. Sponsor’s server and computer are the official time-keeping devices.

7. DRAWING AND ODDS OF WINNING

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period on or about October 3, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone and must respond within five (5) business days. Failure to respond, inability to verify eligibility, or noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. If the initially selected winner does not respond or is disqualified, an alternate winner will be selected. This process will continue until a verified winner is confirmed, but in no event later than fourteen (14) calendar days after initial notification. Rolex is not involved in prize fulfillment or winner notification.

9. PRIZE

One (1) prize will be awarded consisting of: Certified Pre-Owned Rolex Submariner (Reference M114060). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $14,950 USD. Sponsor purchased the Prize for $16,063.78 inclusive of taxes and fees; however, the legally required ARV disclosure is $14,950.

The Prize will be delivered with an authenticity certification and is awarded “AS IS” with no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, express or implied. Sponsor is not affiliated with Rolex S.A., and this Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Rolex.

Prize Restrictions: Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash. No substitution allowed except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor is not responsible for delays in delivery, damage during shipment, or service needs of the Prize.
Tax Responsibility: Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, or other costs associated with the Prize. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for any such taxes or expenses.

10. WINNER REQUIREMENTS

The Winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within five (5) business days of notification.

• Liability Release: By accepting the Prize, Winner releases Released Parties from any liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of participation or receipt of the Prize, except for claims based on gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct.
• Publicity Release: Except where prohibited by law, Winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. For Tennessee residents, this release is voluntary and not a condition of receiving the Prize. For residents of California, New York, Virginia, Illinois, Nevada, or any other jurisdiction with heightened publicity or privacy protections, Sponsor will comply with applicable state law and no publicity release will be required where prohibited.
• Tax Requirements: Winner must provide a valid Social Security Number and complete IRS Form W-9. Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC for the ARV of the Prize. Rolex has no obligations regarding winner documentation or tax reporting.

11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY & FORCE MAJEURE

Released Parties are not responsible for malfunctions of telephone, cable, network, internet, or computer equipment; unauthorized human intervention or technical failures; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to entries; or any injury or damage to persons or property relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the Prize.

Force Majeure: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if it cannot be operated, conducted, or completed as planned due to causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, lightning, windstorm, pandemic, epidemic, labor disputes or strikes, civil disturbances, terrorism, riot, war, governmental actions, supply chain disruptions, embargoes, shipping carrier failures, vendor or supplier non-performance. In such event, Sponsor may award the Prize from among all eligible entries received prior to the action requiring such modification, suspension, or termination.

12. FRAUD AND ABUSE

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant suspected of fraud, tampering, abuse, or any violation of these Official Rules, including but not limited to: use of automated entry methods; submitting false or misleading information; or attempting to return purchases to manipulate entries.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules; provided, however, if AAA is unavailable or unwilling to administer, arbitration shall instead be administered by JAMS or another nationally recognized arbitration provider agreed upon by the parties. All proceedings shall take place in Utah County, Utah, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Each party shall bear its own arbitration costs and attorneys’ fees, except as otherwise required by law. Arbitration shall proceed on an individual basis only, and class, collective, or representative actions are not permitted. If a court or arbitrator determines that this arbitration agreement is unenforceable, then any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and governed by Utah law. Entrants waive the right to a jury trial and punitive damages.

14. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION

Entrant information is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Data will be used only for Giveaway administration and marketing communications where Entrants have opted in. Sponsor does not knowingly collect data from individuals under 13, and such information will be deleted if discovered.

15. STATE LAW DISCLOSURES

Certain states impose restrictions on sweepstakes. This Giveaway complies with those laws as follows:

• Colorado, North Dakota, and Vermont residents: free entry method provides equal opportunity to win.
• Tennessee residents: publicity release is voluntary.
• California and Washington residents: liability releases exclude claims of negligence.
• Utah: Entrants may participate by purchase or free mail-in method. The free mail-in method provides equal opportunity to win.
• Rhode Island: this Giveaway is conducted entirely online and not in retail establishments.
• Sponsor will also comply with the laws of any other state with heightened sweepstakes restrictions to the extent required.

16. WINNER LIST

To request the name of the Winner, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope within sixty (60) days of Giveaway end date to: O7S Rolex Submariner Giveaway, 261 S Vineyard Rd, Suite 204, Orem, UT 84059.

17. MISCELLANEOUS

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between Entrant and Sponsor regarding the Giveaway. If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Sponsor trademarks, logos, and product names are the property of Sponsor. Rolex is a registered trademark of Rolex S.A. and is used here solely for prize identification purposes.
